Day 19 part 2

11 a.m. – Was tired leading up to 9 a.m. nap; thankfully I have a few movies on hand that I haven’t watched yet, and that seems to work to keep me awake when I can’t do anything physical for logistical reasons. (It was The House of Flying Daggers, by the way, which seems a more-than-decent wushu flick, though I haven’t finished it yet. When you have a toddler, watching a movie takes a couple days!)

Broke the rule and slept in the bed at 9, because it seems such a crying shame to go through all the trouble of netting a cuddly boy and never using it, and it’s the weekend, darnit. Believe it or not, though, I didn’t oversleep at all, and since then have felt mostly alert, even without coffee (I didn’t have time for a cup until just now).

Now, we’d established before that mistakes seem to take about 18 hours on Everyman to lay their smack down. In a little while we’ll see if that’s true for deliberate adjustments like the one I made last night, or if the bit of tiredness I felt this morning is all I’m going to pay for that.

P.S. Regarding Comments: A few people have reported seeing a 500 Server Error when posting comments. I’m working on that, but I have determined that, against all reason, when you see that error the comment goes through anyway, so don’t worry that your thoughts got eaten by it. If your post doesn’t show up right away, it was probably just flagged for moderation (which could be for any number of reasons, including simply that you’ve never posted here before).
