hey Puredoxyk!

First and foremost, thanks for all the great info. You rock.

Couple of questions:
- You mention transitioning into Uberman from Everyman. With all the data you've received from people, do you have any links or just a few brief words on how successful that is? I plan on going Everyman in about a month because of schedule, but potentially shifting to Uberman towards the summer.
- Have you heard of, and if so what do you think of SleepTracker ( http://www.sleeptracker.com/how-it-works.html )? I am considering it for a natural timing of my waking up from core, not sure how useful it'd be for the naps.
Thanks for any info and best regards,
Z

I miss that everyday. I love nature but those days, nature never looked so beautiful. I'll be back at it soon now that my schedule works.

Hi Jaron,

Oh heck yes; isn't that feeling cool? Sometimes I wake up and it just feels like the world goes on forever. LOVE that. ;)

Hi Puredoxyk,

I've tried this and failed but my question is do you get the euphoria or the feeling of being very relaxed? When I did try an attempt of Dymaxion, after 3 days, I woke up from my nap w/ a feeling of timelessness and I was happy for no reason.

Hi,

I have been sleeping badly- well not feeling rested- on a monophasic sleep cycle for almost as long as I can remember. I am however a bit scared about going polyphasic. Am thinking of doing a 4.30-7.30am core sleep, then naps at 1.30, 7.30 and 1.30. Just wanted to say that your blog is very cool, and I might as well try it for a couple of weeks before I head back to school, than not- right? Sorry am very unsure on this...

Thank you for this article. After reading this i was far more keen to change my sleeping patterns. I've never been able to have tight routines, and Im am/was an 8 hour a day sleeper.
I'm now in my 4th day of the everyman, the schedule seems really easy to adjust to, and very practical.
