Polyphasic Health Update

Hey, I almost forgot — I had a bit of a medical checkup the other day.  Namely, I gave blood, which involves getting blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate & blood iron levels checked.  (I didn’t even think about it when I volunteered, but duh, I guess this is useful information to get for free!)  So, coming up on 6 months polyphasic (Everyman), here are the results:

Blood Pressure:  My usual prissy perfect score – 120/80.

Pulse:  70 bpm

Temperature:  97 (normal for me, especially in winter)

Blood Iron:  Fine

Also, I wasn’t at all woozy after donating, which is normal for me and a good sign that I’m not in ill health in any significant way.

So yay!  All is good in health-land.  Now watch me get hit by a bus.  ;)
