I find that this one actually does work. I don't usually do that crap either, but somebody told me about it so I downloaded it. It's quite corny, but does work.

Aaaaactually, no, I haven't seen it (or read it -- it's a book too, right?). Generally I try to stay the heck away from any "fix your life, buy our book!" material; 99% of it exists solely to sell sequels. And the style of thinking it generally engages in is just gross...either it's completely childish ("the world is magic! just think good things and everything will be rainbows!") or it reads like an orgy of pseudologic. Most of the time I just can't hang, so I stay happily ignorant. ;)

The last bold part makes me think you have seen "The Secret". I presume you have? It works for you too then?

The body is indeed capable of a lot more than most people realize. Of course, then I try to imagine what our potential might be if we could know and use our *minds*...

With the relation of someone being able to unleash much more power if they knew how to use all their muscles, I understand perfectly.

Both my Aunt and I are able to either A)Win all arm wrestles, or B)Tie our arm wrestles.

This is because there is a muscle in the shoulder, which no one seems to use, and in the wrist, which you can sort of 'trigger' to completely tighten your arm, and use this to your advantage and it prevents whomever you are arm-wrestling to win.

I've never lost an arm-wrestle I was serious about, or was given a three hundred pound man to wrestle against.

It is funny to know your body so well you can unleash so much with it.
