Well-executed liveblogging is hilarious, and other seriously belated tech realizations
If you like short, sweet, topical, insightful comments on political debates — which I’ll be the first to admit is hella less painful than the long, tangled, disingenuous process of actually listening to them — then DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and read MightyGodKing’s. (This is a blog which rocks anyway, if you’re interested. But at least read the debate liveblogs. ;)
I’ve been thinking about short-sweet-miniblogging the VP debates, myself. I’m volunteering through Free Press to rate the debates for media spin, so since I’ll be online and suffering through it anyway, why not Suffer For The Masses too, right? Eh — I’m not sure yet. Maybe.
In other news, I should actually graduate to This Century soon, as I appear to be getting a cell phone. The major effect of this, of course, is to increase the average coolness of all technology users by five. Yes, five.
(To balance out all the new tech, I’m staying the heck off the computer for, um, at least part of the afternoon. I’ll update you later if I don’t die from lack of ‘Nettedness.)
